Delivery of goods in Lithuania
We deliver goods within Lithuania via DPD courier service or Omniva parcel machines.

DPD delivery terms
The goods are shipped by registered priority delivery. You can track the status of your shipment online at www.dpd.lt by entering the shipment registration number, which we will send to you by e-mail or SMS.

Omniva delivery terms
Omniva parcel machines - a convenient and reliable way to pick up parcels at a time convenient for you. Omniva parcel machines are located in all major cities and towns in Lithuania (more information at www.omniva.lt ). Goods are delivered to the specified parcel machine. The pickup code is sent to the specified phone number.

 
Time: goods are delivered within 1-2 days after receipt of payment, depending on the recipient's place of residence. During the holiday period, delivery of goods may take up to 3-4 days.

Location: goods are delivered to the address specified by the customer or a notification about the arrival of the shipment is left in the mailbox, which you can pick up at the specified post office upon presentation of an identification document and the received notification.

The return of goods is carried out in the manner determined by the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods (this clause does not apply in the case of a return of a defective product).
The goods are returned at the buyer's expense.
Returns of goods in Lithuania are carried out ONLY through OMNIVA parcel self-service terminals.
Also, the Buyer can return the goods at MOD IN MOD stores:

When returning goods, you must provide an invoice for the purchase of the goods.
The money for the goods returned by the Buyer will be refunded by bank transfer to the Buyer's account no later than within 14 days, minus shipping costs.
Non-returnable items: underwear and/or sleepwear; jewelry; gift certificates, home fragrances, perfumes.
To return goods, the Buyer must fill out the RETURN FORM .
When returning goods, the following conditions must be met;

• The returned item must be in its original, neat packaging (this point does not apply if a defective item is returned);
• The product must be unused and in good condition: labels intact, etc. (this point does not apply if a poor-quality product is returned);
• The returned item must be in the same configuration as the one received by the Buyer;
• When returning an item, it is necessary to provide an invoice for the purchase of the item.
